ImageDue to the nature of contractual obligations that the YMCA makes based on registrations, refunds are offered only under extreme circumstances. However, the State YMCA of Georgia is happy to allow substitution of another student in the place of those who cannot attend a specific conference. All who wish to petition for a refund must do so in writing no later than 5 business days before a conference.
