ImageHeld at Rock Eagle 4-H Center near Eatonton GA, the Youth Training Conference aka YTC is a Friday through Sunday event which brings together Student YMCA members from across the state of Georgia.  YTC is the official “Kick-off” of the Student YMCA year.

YTC IS FUN!
    
Every YMCA conference gives you an opportunity to “let your hair down” but at YTC we take it to the next level. You will have an opportunity to fellowship with teens from every walk of life. Every activity will stretch you until you step outside of your comfort zone. You will have the opportunity to show off your God-given (or is that God forsaken) talents at the talent show, get wild and crazy during the group skits, or dance the night away to tunes played by DJ Jason Man.

YTC IS INSPIRATAIONAL

At YTC you will be placed in an environment where teens are empowered so that they can make a difference. Just imagine hundreds of teens gathered in one place with one goal: TO CHANGE THE WORLD!

YTC IS TRAINING

Each Student YMCA throughout Georgia is lead by bright and innovative student leaders. YTC is a place where you can prepare yourself to lead or community or school based Student YMCA. Over three days you will learn the basics of how to run your Student Y in an effective and fun manner, as well as learn great fundraising ideas for your club.
